Trama

Data Stellare 4657.5: In seguito ad una chiamata di soccorso, Kirk, Spock e McCoy scendono su un pianeta e trovano dei Kelvani, alieni provenienti dalla galassia di Andromeda per valutare la possibilità di nuove conquiste. A causa della perdita della loro nave, si impossessano dell'Enterprise dopo aver neutralizzato quasi tutto l'equipaggio.

• Il titolo originale fa riferimento a un passo di Romeo and Juliet (II 2 43) di William Shakespeare in cui Juliet è al balcone e dice: «What's in a name?
